How we use Google user data

RReader uses Gmail data only to provide the app's email processing functionality, including:

Data storage

RReader stores OAuth token files locally so the app can refresh access and continue processing authorized Gmail accounts. RReader may also store local processing logs that include email addresses, Gmail message IDs, and processing status. RReader does not store full email bodies as a permanent application database.

Data sharing

RReader does not sell Google user data. RReader does not share Gmail message content with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Google user data is used only for the email processing features described in this policy.

Limited Use

RReader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User control

Users can revoke RReader's Gmail access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. After access is revoked, RReader can no longer refresh tokens or access that user's Gmail data.
